The Complete Idiot's Guide to Learning Latin

Alpha/Macmillan Lifestyles, 2000 (Third Edition, April 2006)
Natalie Harwood has been teaching Latin for 25 years. She graduated from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, one of two classics majors. Besides graduate work in Latin and classical humanities, she has participated in a National Endowment of the Humanities (NEH) Summer Seminar on Cicero and an NEH Summer Institute on Augustan Age Literature. Natalie has published several articles on sexism in Latin textbooks and has conducted workshops for teachers in Southwest Ohio on using writing techniques in all subject areas. She was a charter member of the Ohio Writing Project and has taught composition at Miami University as well as creative writing at Talawanda High School, both in Oxford, Ohio. She is very proud of her seven granddaughters and one grandson and entertains them by singing "Jingle Bells" in Latin.
